This what was one of the best experiences that I've had at a Waffle House the staff was very friendly very polite very helpful the food was good enjoyed every minute of it...great staff nothing bad to say I wish they could go around and show all the waffle houses especially where I am from how it's done. ..
My wife and I visited Waffle House for the first time. We had eggs hash browns and toast. Food was great and so was service. We both ate for less than $10. What a bargain. We'll be back

I just had on of the best dining experiences ever! After church this morning, I had a taste for some Waffle House! Not really a grits eater and not a pancake eater but I took a chance and pulled off by Billy Graham near the airport to see how long the wait was. My husband came back out and said there is a couple in front of us. I hoped out of the car. Cool plus they had 16 $6 deal advertised on the window! Set. (In my head calculating $6 x 3 = 18 - we can eat for $20! Cool) Went in and was greeted by a nice lady working the door. We sat down approximately 5 minutes later. We all ordered the All -Star breakfast. Best Value $7.50! Why not! Ms. Maya 'aka Ms.Perfantastic' came over and took our orders and she was the best! Her customer service was awesome. She took our orders and her delivery style was perfect. She brought drinks first, then meats; then the platter with eggs grits and toast. I appreciated the fact that she said, let me know when to bring the waffles. (Excellent - as the tables only hold so much). She removed any extra plates and she checked on tables constantly. She made the comment, "Everyone is a waffle house customer and if no one is here, no one is making money." Excellent. I watched Maya and how the other team members worked. The 11am crew today was the bomb! I saw someone gathering trash, someone took the trash, people were cleaning tables and the lady in the front was sweeping. It was an organized shift and you could tell this team worked together smoothly! Sometimes just a nice waiter makes someone day. Maya's said, 'Hot Food Fast" which is why I coined the term for this review. My son commented that this was some 'good eating' and it had only taken 21 minutes. We went in approximately 11:25 and we were full on in our car at 12N. Now that's what I call "Good Hot Food Fast"! Shout out to the 11am 2/19/17 shift/crew! Excellent job. I love waffle house, but this one has that something extra. My mom and I were just giggling at the antics of the kitchen staff and what we assume was the manager. It was the best way to start our day.

I Love this waffle house today i stepped out of my zone and ordered an actual waffle some scrambled eggs and bacon and when i tell you they made it like they loved me in real life!!! Thank you so much guys definitely my family away from home..Jay will always be my guy… mister on the grill did his thing with my bacon tho also I appreciate all of them so much!!!
They were short of staff. There was one server taking orders and the register and 2 guys on the stove. They were amazing. Is she made me some dark rose coffee. Thank you darling! Under the constraints their hospitality was spectacular.
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This is the epitome of southern hospitality! Right when I walked in nearly every staff member inside insync said "goodmorning"! The waitress came right over to me and introduced herself and asked how my day was. Like she genuinely was interested. I ordered the All Star Breakfast. Everything was PERFECT! Good thing this waffle house is so close to the airport. People visiting Charlotte should experience this place first!
These employees are on top of it. They surprised me multiple times. I ordered breakfast today and the cook was listening; as I was beside them when I gave my order to the waitress. Within seconds my food was in front of me. When I was about ready to leave the guy was there to clean my spot and have it ready for the next people. We're all very friendly and courteous. I gave a $15 tip. I felt bad I couldn't give more.
A very nice, clean, extremely orderly place. Though I appreciated the Manager or Supervisor keeping things in order, I was just taken by how she announced the orders as if they were under such strick command as if they were in boot camp, Military or Prisoners. Lol, never been a Waffle 🧇 House person 🤣, but today went with co workers for breakfast and enjoyed myself. The employees were welcoming and the food was on point. They even got a laugh me requesting pancakes! Looking forward to eating there in the future. Yes, I put sugar and butter on my grits lol.
