Quiet counter service deli. Food was excellent. Quiet place to eat and have a discussion, read a book or even work remotely.
Got DoorDash from here the other day. The food was exactly what I requested and tasted so good.
I probably go here 2 or 3 times a week for lunch! This is a great lunch spot. I always order the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich w/ potatoe salad and oreo cheesecake! So delicious! I definitely spoil myself with the cheesecake part but the rest of it is healthy and not heavy! Perfect sized meal.
Listen, those men in there were working so well with each other AND CUSTOMERS. I saw glove changing, smiles, thank yous. I’ve literally been to every McAlister’s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they’re never over cooked like the other places, they’re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often!
Was clean, fast, and friendly. I always get a sweet tea when I visit. I got a rueben that was stacked high with meat.
Friendly service, nicely presented meal. Flavorful ingredients and good iced tea. First time going to this chain of restaurants butt portion seems slightly small for the price. Staff was very attentive disable service. Definitely would recommend a try and we'll be back again.
Wonderful employees. Great food and choices. They now have a loyalty program. Can still use punch cards though. We were the only people there for most of the meal, but it looked like lots of takeout orders. Highly recommend going there. She even came out a few times to see if we needed anything and

I've always loved McAlister's! This was my second time at this location and the food was amazing! But we waited longer than usual for our food even though we were the only ones there! The lady that helped us didn't seem too happy either but the food makes a 4 star!
