I haven't tried a flavor yet that wasn't delicious. They're worth every penny and melt in your mouth. An Explosion of flavor on your pallette is what you'll experience. Try Basil in summer and Chai in winter!

A family run business that leads with integrity. They take great pride in their products, but place an emphasis on building relationships with their clients. I've gotten to know Robin and her family pretty well over the last several weeks, and my wife and I have felt at "home" when coming into the shop regardless if it's to take a class or just buy chocolates. You'll be very satisfied with what they have to offer!

I worked with Robin at The Secret Chocolatier via the phone and email (I'm in VA) to place a large order for a corporate event in Dallas, Texas. First, Robin provided amazing customer service and really helped me to understand the process of ordering custom chocolate sample boxes. She kept things on track and was thinking ahead every step of the way. The team even added a custom tag we created with a green bow to match our branding. Second, we were in Dallas at the tail end of the heat wave and shipping the chocolates from Charlotte, NC to Dallas, TX was nerve-wracking! Robin had them shipped overnight and they arrived on time and packaged well. To top it off, the chocolates themselves were absolutely delicious! Our conference attendees loved them! We checked out this chocolate shop. It’s very cute. The chocolate is delicious. I got the last bourbon pecan pie bite of the day. It tastes good with just a hint of a pecan pie taste. That was a little disappointing. The prices are super high! For a bag of a few chocolates it’s $13.

Just went in on my lunch hour to pick up a sampler box for a dear friend’s birthday. Ended up leaving with a box for her and a box for me. Walking in you’re greeted with the divine smell of chocolate so you know that items here are fresh. These are chocolates to be savored and I promise you won’t be disappointed. So many choices and taste to explore. Woman behind counter was kind and patient. Definitely recommend if you need a gift or want a treat for yourself. Love the extra touch of the guide to the flavors you picked out. Nice! I’ll go back again and again. Oh and they ship if you need something sent out of town.
This place is a very cue husband/wife owned shop. One of the owners was helping me out and she was very helpful.
I bought gifts for others so the only thing I tried myself was a sample of their espresso dark chocolate. It tasted awesome, really enjoyed it.

Wonderful tasting chocolates wrapped in a beautiful box with pretty ribbon...I gifted these to many of my relatives this Christmas! It is locally owned and he was very friendly and helped me get them to my car since I'm currently using crutches from a recent injury. Thank you so much! 🙂
Their chocolate is SO DELICIOUS! A friend sent me two different variety of boxes and cookie packages for my birthday and my roommate's birthday. The gift was packaged so well and everything was DELICIOUS!

Yall, I traveled to Charlotte nc, two hours away specifically for chocolate truffles from this place. Sure we could have ordered online, but I wanted to be there, to see all they had to offer and to hopefully meet the geniuses behind these decadent chocolates. We were lucky enough to be able to meet the whole team, it was an absolute pleasure to hear their history and passion behind the work they do. It was worth it! I was giddy all the way home. Thank you Bill and Karen. I cant wait to buy more chocolates 🤗

The quality is not comparable to any other local artisan shop. Always fresh with unique options, including holiday specialties. But, you will pay for the privilege. Having utilized for both personal and business (bulk) purchases, and although very friendly, they get 1/2-star off for not seemingly wanting establish a business relationship. Yes - they did provide excellent and expedient service to the request!!! But, a B2B follow-up inquiry wasn't made when an expressed interest was made. (A different more corporate-type option was chosen as a result and they aren't being utilized for business purposes as a result.) Personally - I still visit.
Made an online order from the shop and was surprised to get an email from the team there asking if I'd like to include a gift note. Was a small touch, but was great to know there was a human being behind the order and that she cared enough to ask. Thanks y'all.
It's a wonderful place. Family run. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You have to go once. I promise you will go back. The best chocolate I have ever had. Great show art.
