Such a great place! The staff was awesome, the beer selection is one of the best I have seen in Charlotte, the patio is dog friendly and the live music was great! Thanks for having us! Definitely making this a regular spot.
Absolutely my favorite place in Charlotte. Not only is the beer selection phenomenal and varied, the atmosphere and staff make it feel like you could be drinking in your own living room. Everyone who frequents this bar is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcomed immediately. Plus, between bingo (my personal favorite), karaoke, and live bands there is always something to do there. Not only is it my favorite place to grab a beer, but my dog's favorite place to run around and hang out with me in an environment that isn't overwhelming to him. I honestly can't say enough good things about this bar!

Love Hatties Tap & Tavern in Charlotte NC so much. So happy I finally tried this place after so long. Such friendly service and amazing prices. We had four beers for $29. They have a bunch of local stuff as well as your typical PBR’s etc. They also have a super cool, shaded back porch and their space inside is super dog friendly. Treats, bowl’s everything!! Can’t wait to go back!!! 🐾🎉❤️
had a great time with the karaoke and fresh hot dogs being made outside! only let down was how loud the man with the microphone was during the football game! i was told he contributes a lot of money to the place and no matter how many people were complaining and leaving he sadly wasn't going to tune it down. other than the one man, great experience!
This is a comfortable dive bar with good beer, drink specials, and retro video games available. There is a pool table and dart boards for use as well. Excellent live music was playing last time I was there. No food was available, so we brought our own burgers. The table behind us ordered a pizza from outside. The staff were helpful. There were also two dogs (of customers), on leashes. Great spot for a night out!
Go Lions!!! Place was absolutely jam-packed due to NFL season opener, but the bartenders were super cool and it was awesome to see so many Lions fans turn out. The karaoke singers at the end were great too, and I'll have to go back to play some Mario Kart!!!
I went there last night for the first time. It was so fun! The bartenders and the dj were so nice and everyone there was really friendly. My beer was frosty but none of the people were. I'll be back again soon!
Just started going on Thursday nights and I love it. Usually too shy to sing karaoke but this place is soooo inviting and everyone is nice. Bartenders are great too!
the coolest bar in charlotte probably. the bathrooms always smell like pee but ya know, when there's free pool, darts, and mariokart, you have to pay somehow. lol
We went to visit our daughter in Charlotte. We had breakfast at Common Market on Monroe and saw a sticker for Hattie's. After going to a couple breweries that we were disappointed in, we went to Hattie's. We had some great beer and a great time. You saved our trip

Despite the limited parking inside and the outside patio are very welcoming... And the neighborhood is up and coming! If you get the chance go there visit experience it! This was my second visit 😀

Great dive bar - highly recommend! I live in Texas, but I always make sure to visit Hattie's when I'm in town. Good drinks, reasonable prices, very comfortable accommodations. I personally love the back patio

One of my favorite bars in Charlotte! The atmosphere has an upscale dive bar feel with great staff and great patrons and that's not mentioning the drink selection. Tons of drink options and the bartenders are more then happy to help with and choices or questions you may have. I love this place and you probably will too. It's a dog friendly spot to boot so no shortage of puppers running around, that's always a bonus.
Awesome experience here! The staff was very friendly to us, we were in from out of town and so happy to have found a down to earth drinking hole! They gave us great local reccomendations. Outside patio was nice to have and a fun atmosphere. Rich and Wendy were rad! Thanks again for a great time!

As someone who has worked in restaurants and bars for 14 years, I will happily vouch that Hattie’s is tied at first for my favorite bar in town. I came in earlier and was greeted by lots of friendly staff, an incredible beer and liquor selection, and great people hanging out. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner, Jackie, a few weeks ago and was even more solidified in my support of this bar. It’s a shame it has taken me so long to leave a review. Tonight, walking in, I had friendly regulars greeting me before even walking in the building. I masked up, walked inside and the guy working the door, Quinn was super friendly. I approached the bar and was greeted very warmly by the bartenders Wendy and Rich. They made me feel very at home and provided great conversation and service. Joseph the bar back was working hard keeping everything stocked and keeping the bar clean. Saw no empty cups anywhere even on the patios. They have classic video games, a pool table, a great back and front patio and are dog friendly. Incredible place to go to. The bartenders though really are some of the best I’ve seen at any bar. After years in the industry, I watch how everyone does their job so I can compare my own quality of service. Hattie’s has some of the best in Charlotte. Wendy is the sweetest bartender I’ve ever met. She is passionate, caring, intelligent and quick. Rich is full of bar knowledge, polite, always has a positive attitude and is quick as hell also. I have had the pleasure to work with Rich before and he was a great influence on the bartender that I am today. If you have never been to Hattie’s, you are missing out on one of Charlotte’s best bars. It’s the type of place where it feels like home to everyone
This is one of Charlotte’s best dive bars, and the best part is that it’s dog friendly! Every bartender I’ve encountered has been super friendly, the bar is well-stocked, and the crowd is generally very chill. There’s a relatively spacious outdoor space. Karaoke nights are a blast! If you’re looking for a very laid back, no frills spot to hang with cool folks and cute pups, this is it!
