Quick breakfast run for my children and I. The biscuits were fresh which is hard to come by sometimes. The fries were seasoned just right. The line moves fast though it was long it moved faster than normal.
I love the food here. The chicken actually has flavor can I have so many options for sides compared to other fast food restaurants.

Great customer service. They were out of Chicken when I arrived after lunch time, but the chicken I received was fresh and hot! It was great. They have a cherry flavor soda that's old school but not available everywhere else. It's an amusing and unique staple. The servings are good and there are always deals. Some things are kinda spicy but not too spicy and there are milder alternatives. People love the Supremes but I other the Homestyle tenders. Get them cooked fresh, the wait on short.
I always go right before nfl starts or Saturday during the busy hours and never an issue with waiting or anything. Really great staff and have never had a problem with this location at all.
Their was a lady name Mrs lucky there she was GREAT I mean her customer service made me feel like I was at my mother house the way she attended to my friends and I. Thank you.
I ordered 3 chicken tenders, fries, biscuit, Cherrywell soda, side of dirty rice and side of Mac and cheese. Food came out quick, employees were nice, no issues.

My initial review of this business is a while back is accurate yet I have to report an issue that took place on Monday, December 3rd. I went by the same Bojangles 8:30 am, picked up my same order two steak biscuits a tea, 2 boberry biscuits and the chicken biscuit combination around $18.08. The steak biscuits were for myself and my father. I pulled into a parking space and ate my biscuit there on site. I took the other steak biscuit home to my father and about an hour and a 1/2 after we had consume the product, we both were having stomach issues, vomiting later on and so forth couldn't eat anything else the remainder of the day didn't try to eat anything else until noon the next day, which consisted of one baked potato. My dad, who normally goes to bed at 7 was up that night till after 11. I placed a call to corporate headquarters around 10:30 to share via voice mail our experience along with my number, nobody bothered ro respond. While we still had not so major problems, we are still feeling mildly under the weather today 12/5/23. I have prayed to God to heal us, I will never visit another Bojangles again in this lifetime.
This particular bojangles of charlotte continues to be one of the longest best providers of service and I certainly appreciate it, I go out of my way stop by.
Great place for lunch! Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place is your go-to stop for chicken and biscuits!

Typical Bojangles experience, inside was clean but not spotless or anything. Food was fresh and fries were hot and fresh from the fryer.
Best bo rounds of any bojangles I've been to. Crispy on the outside, soft lil pillows on the inside. The people working here know what they're doing.
The service was nice but it was slow and the food was good. It was nice and clean though.
Came here before 8am had a Steak egg & cheese biscuit combo. Food was amazing. Fries was freshly hot with good seasoning. The biscuit was one of the best I’ve had. Definitely worth trying.
Doesn’t sit well in my stomach tho but worth it (:
