A bit outdated inside but the Christmas decorations were adorable. bathroom floor was super slippery. However, food was fine and the cashier was very nice. He even came out to ask if everything tasted okay, which he didn’t have to do because this is fast food joint but nevertheless appreciated.
I think this is the best Bojangles location in CLT. The food is consistently perfect and the tea never tastes old (iykyk and you won't forget). They're also super nice at this location. Excellent place to eat fried chicken. The fried chicken is excellent. It is crispy, tasty, and very juicy. The spices in the fried chicken is excellent. The freshness of the chicken is excellent as well. I also tried chicken sandwich, and it is excellent as well.

I ordered a family meal on the app but their doors were locked so I had to go to the drive-through anyways I waited a couple minutes in the drive-through and told him that I had ordered on the app and then they gave me my meal. They are finally fully staffed! Great service. We used to call them "Slojangles" not any more. Clean store and friendly staff.

Did drive thru at 10pm. All I could get was boneless chicken and fries. It was cold and not very good at all. Would say very big let down
The chicken was great and the service was excellent.. the drive-thru was very quick and convenient as the cashier was very friendly and polite.I would recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want some tasty hot food.
My doctor said I require Bojangles for my heart to function correctly. Based on this, yes, they are good. Really good.
