Better than expected. This tiny little dive doesn't look like much, and it's in an awful neighborhood, but it consistently delivers. I used to work in the area and ate there once a week or so. It's not exotic, and it's not the best Chinese I've ever had... but I liked it all the same.
Doesn't look like very much from the outside, or the inside for that matter. But, look's can be very deceptive. The owner was present, manning the cash register and she was very nice. The waitress on the floor was very friendly and engaging. The restaurant was very clean and was handicap accessible. The chicken wings were humongous and were freshly cooked, as were all of the entrees. The portions were extremely large, filling and satisfying. There to-go business was extremely brisk and with virtually no wait time whatsoever. In one of my pictures, you can see a half order of wings(2) and they look up virtually the whole plate. Stopped to pick up supper and wanted to try Orient Express out. I was really amazed ! I ordered Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Egg Rolls. They were all excellent !

Got the shrimp fried rice. You can definitely taste the MSG. This rice was good but the shrimp tasted bland. Very small sitting area but the waitress was very friendly. You can tell it is a local favorite and has plenty of regular customers.
The fried rice is good but the wings were old and big like buzzard wings . They need to work on serving fresh food

If your boss or coworker take you there.... go back sometime and take someone with you! Good food, easy service, moderate price$$.

Good food, great service, fast, low prices, amazing
The family loves the wings, which make you think at dinosaurs cause they're really large. Plus I personally have an issue with really large food🥴 But honestly, everything was quite tasty, but the wait was a little long for anyone to take our order. But that's not the norm.

I love going to 3rd Phaze just across the parking lot and across the street from this place, and I've been here a few times before. I've always come here for the convenience of grabbing a snack along the way. Their place has an A for sanitation. I hope they receive the support to upgrade their dining area.
