First of all, I want to say Kendall who I believe was the manager on duty was absolutely a pleasant!! It was very close to 9 PM when I arrived at the store, I made a order of the $30 Family Bundle . I was looking forward to okra and the delicious honey butter biscuits! The store was out of okra at the time, and Kendall dropped me fresh okra, which I was so appreciative of… everything was delicious. The only dissatisfaction I have is the biscuits were not in the bag and when I went to call the store, the number was no longer in service* but even with the missing biscuits between the food and the service everything was excellent I still will give this store a higher rating than some places I’ve spent over $100 at.
The service at the Beatties Ford location is the better Church's chicken. The food is the best especially when it's fresh and hot. There may be a wait sometimes but it's worth it. The staff is more customer friendly than others. Good snack at a reasonable price

Next time I go back I'm buying a bottle of them. So each time I eat chicken I bite into the pepper and let the juices of the pepper drizzle all over my chicken making it wet with a little heat, so good 🤤
Everything was good except for the biscuits, they were under cooked and doughy. And I was very disappointed because I love the honey biscuits 😔
It were extremely hot inside 😫 but she cut the fan on and I were blown away as usual 😇
Hadn't had Church's in years but had a craving for it. Drove 30 minutes away for it and the drive was worth it! Food was very hot and fresh. The staff (day shift) were very friendly and seem to work together well. One note though, please make sure the oil is always fresh! Chicken was still flavorful and juicy.
Visiting from out of town to see my son game, I don’t eat at churches at home cause the chicken is never fresh and the customer service is bad but it was between Churches and Boganles and we had a bad experience at Boganles our last visit. Needless to say we were greeted son as we walked through the door, when ask about fresh chicken they had no problem with it, the customer service was excellent the staff worked as a team and the food was great. We had great conversation with the staff and definitely will go back the next time we are here. Customer service goes a long way. Thank you

Exceptionally good food and wonderful friendly folks working there. Really seemed to try to make you feel like you were among friends. Definitely worth the drive from our hotel 20 min away. Was not disappointed at all!!!
I gotta give my girls on west trade all the stars everytime I go up 8n that place no matter what time the food is always fresh and piping hot and served with grace those ladies are truly my mother's the restaurant could use a reavonation but for the most part it's clean and fresh where the food at I absolutely recommend this churches chicken on west trade 5 stars out the door
