I've ordered from this location countless times over the years. I think they're getting a bad rep due to them using DoorDash for deliveries. For 1, anything after your pizza is picked up is on the DD delivery driver not Pizza Hut themselves. So a lot of these recent negative reviews need to be elsewhere. However with all that said it's always wise to order Carry Out! 9 times out of 10 everything is correct, hot & fresh.

To begin with, this Pizza Hut functions only as a pickup or delivery location as there are no tables upon which to feast. Having said this, one would expect the location to be fast.....ish. It's not. I will give the location credit: I placed an online order to be ready at a later time, and it was ready when I picked it up. However, the cheese had the "I've been sitting in the warmer for quite some time now" look. Another online order forecasted a time of 12:25, which was ready 9 minutes and 24 seconds later. It wasn't busy, so I can only assume their oven was only functioning at half the efficiency they anticipated. On another hand, the staff is always friendly and the location is clean...at least from the vantage point the customers are restricted to. If the staff spent a tad more time in the pizza cutting process, it's possible my OCD would not have kicked in because of how drastically different the pizza slices we're...but then my pizza would not have been as less late as it was. I will point out the LED Edison-style bulb in one of the pendant lights hanging above the cash registers was not functional. Pizza Hut should not be blamed for this as they rightfully depended on the LED bulb to last the 100 or so years the bulbs are promised to last.
Angela is the absolute best Pizza Hut employee ever . I went to a different location at first & my pizza was made wrong because they ran out of ingredients to make it how I’d asked . I brought my pizza here & she made sure i had a new one right away that was fresh & perfect. Not to mention she was pleasant the entire time & never made me feel like i was a burden to her . Thank you for your help Angela!! People like you make the world a better place 💚
For it to be Superbowl Sunday it wasn't crowded & it didn't take long for my pizza & wing. The cashier was very helpful & nice. $10.82 for pizza & wings such a great price and my food was good.
