I don't want to invalidate other people's experiences, but I've never had a problem with the food here. Granted I've only eaten their Hibachi, which is pretty good.
Steak and Shrimp Hibachi is probably my favorite, tastes pretty good and the portion sizes are generous.

I always order chicken wings from here and they BUSSSSS. I ask for them to be fried hard/extra crispy with the lemon pepper seasoning on it. Its my favorite cheat day meal - and then I watch Hot Ones on YouTube while eating these crispy delicious wings.
We chose to try the Bourbon chicken here after a negative experience at another restaurant in Concord Mills Mall. My fiance and I were greeted immediately. The food was excellent and we will be returning. Customer service is important!
