This Starbucks is located inside Carowinds. Pretty crowded since its location. It took us waiting in line to order for 20 minutes and another 15 minutes to get our order. Not complaining about this because it's chilly outside. It provides a lot of seats and also spacious. Very noisy but was normal because of a lot of teens... Oh. It's a good spot for people who wants to watch the parade.....

Great Starbucks! I’m on a band trip and didn’t have to wait in a long line. The staff were very nice.
The coffee was really good and placed in a good area. My only complaint is that there was only one cashier which really slowed down the line. I waited for a long time, about 15 min.

Only ordered a large coffee. Their large though, I'd call small and it tasted not so well. It took almost 10 minutes for a coffee and the price, well, I could have purchased a whole bag for the same price
Nothing out of the ordinary. Cozy space. Overly expensive coffee. Standard Starbucks. If I recall correctly, the pricing here was pretty standard and not hiked the same way as many other vendors in the amusement park. Hot coffee may not be the best mix with roller coasters, but they also offer cold coffee, tea, and other beverages.
The lines were very long, and very little employees working. However we had now issues with the food and coffees

This is an awesome Starbucks location filled with very hard working staff who maintain the quality and consistency that we have all been acclimated to expect. I cannot believe these poor reviews. I suppose that they were written by people who do not normally frequent Starbucks? I hope that they give it another try? Starbucks is a high quality coffee shop. I enjoy an ice cold coffee in the afternoons to drink on the way back home
