Manager this morning was Great. Seen is eating out in the truck since the dining room is close just to ask is if everything was Okay and if we needed anything. Plus apologized for the dining room being closed a few times.
I am a huge KFC fan and this was the first time I had ever had Bojangles....and I LOVED IT!!!! Super friendly staff and the chicken was banging! Yummy, crispy and just the right amount of grease. Fantastic food, excellent management most important great looking girl at the drive through. I asked for something that would take a little time at a very busy time it was no problem it took a little extra time they through in sodas I didn't ask they offered ( Best in Charlotte)
Probably one of the best Bojangles' I've gone to in Charlotte. The staff is nice and the chicken is actually fried well. Not too hard but not too soft. Just right. Also one of the managers was funny, but remained professional throughout.
Fast service. We didn't know if the cherry soda they serve is caffeine free. When we asked, the manager didn't know either so he went out of his way to get the information and share it with us. Above and beyond the typical service!
