Sincerely speaking, Easy Bistro & Bar is all-around the best place to go for food and drinks in Chattanooga! The food is great(edible art on a plate), the cocktails are amazing (to die for actually!), and the staff easily becomes like family! That's assuming you love your family of course. Taking care of their patrons IS THEIR THING and I highly recommend you go at least once, A WEEK!! lol Whether you're having a night out with your pals, treating your family, or looking to dine solo and people watch, Easy is the place for you. Easy Bistro and Bar is an excellent restaurant. I made the reservation through Open Table. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. If you enjoy custom made cocktails, please try the Carousel. The wine and beer list will satisfy a wide range of tastes and budgets. All of the food items we selected were exemplary. The French Onion Soup tasted light, not salty like so many restaurant versions. Please try the corn bread. The corn bread's earthiness will be a welcome treat. If you are a mussel and french fries fan, you are in the right place. The mussels were perfect. The fries were hot and crispy. A portion of delicious lemony mayonnaise accompanied the fries. To top of the evening try the bourbon bread pudding. When am I coming back? As soon as possible.

The food and the service here are perfect. Great balance of modern tastes and traditional southern food. Sit outside on a nice evening and have a glass of wine or a cocktail and enjoy the people walking by. All around great place to eat!

Easy Bistro and Bar was a fantastic part of my Chattanooga experience! I went to meet up with 3 girlfriends from college and our server, Christian, took great care of us. The food was excellent- I had the mussels and fries- and we shared the crawfish dip as an appetizer. Both were delicious! Everyone enjoyed their food. I really liked how the menu was organized by serving size- "small, medium, large", etc. because it really helped us each order the right amount of food and not be too stuffed or still hungry. The cocktail list was varied and interesting, we all loved our cocktails, wine selection with the main course, and even an after-dinner digestif (the cardamom digestif was excellent). The service was impeccable, and Christian didn't even bat an eye at our very curious, picky, and overly-talkative group. Our food even all came out at the same time, something I haven't had happen so seamlessly (even at nice restaurants!) in YEARS! Fantastic job to everyone involved in that. I wish we'd had room for dessert, because it all looked fantastic, but we were just so (perfectly) full and happy! The location is SO convenient- right near the river walk, the Marriott, the Aquarium, baseball stadium, and tons of other fun bars and restaurants. The interior of the restaurant is just beautiful as well, we truly enjoyed our meal there. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such a nice restaurant- we split an appetizer among 4, I had a "medium" sized dinner, and a cocktail and glass of wine for less than $50. HIGHLY recommend, and GREAT JOB to Christian! I know we couldn't have been an easy table!!

My favorite place to eat in town. Cocktails are unique, creative and delicious. Everything I have eaten here has been delicious. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Awesome first time there today. Felt a tad bit underdressed but was welcomed with friendly and super smiling faces that could only match the greatness of the food!!!! highly recommended.!.!.!

The food is excellent, the service is excellent! If you have a question, ask it. If you are unhappy about something, bring it up with your waiter/waitress, they will make it right. I have enjoyed many a meal here. From 2 to twenty people, they know what they're doing.
