Is there a way that I can give this six stars the restaurant is always super fast no matter what time of day are how busy it is food is always hot and very delicious great restaurant great service great people
We always enjoy our Saturday lunch there. I haven’t had a bad experience yet but I must say that I wish they still had Diet Dr Pepper like all the other stores do.
I love chick fil a but I’m currently sitting in the drive thru line and have been since 8:34pm... it’s now 9:06pm and I just placed my order, I’m stuck... there’s someone in town driving a late model black Honda Civic that’s causing the slow up... I have never waited like this at any chick fil a. I will always give these guys 5 stars cause I know it had to be the woman in the Honda and not the staff. Just had to get this first world problem off my chest..
Chick-fil-A was amazing as always! Had a great breakfast date with the kiddos! I hate brainard rd and nearly every other establishment and that attitude that comes but chick-fil-a employees and food service keeps me coming back! Who ever trains them should train every other restaurant staff nationwide.
This is my most favorite Chick-fil-A on the face of the earth!! (And I've been to a lot)
I can't say enough about the generosity and superb service from Chic-Fil-A Brainerd Village! They catered an event at the Keller Williams Downtown office and did an amazing job. Candace, their Director of Catering, was engaging, kind and a lot of fun to work with! Thank you Chic-Fil-A! As always- so delicious!
My family and I are driving back to our home in Kansas from a vacation in Florida and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The service was absolutely impeccable, start to finish. We loved Jaylen, who checked on us a few times as we were enjoying our dinner to make sure everything was satisfactory. He even told us riddles and jokes!! Kudos to your entire staff for making our stop a truly memorable one! �� God bless!
Normally I visit this location often great service . This morning I went to the Hixson location. The cashier snatched my money I had 20.25 my order was 7.14 the quarter went under the car. I guess I was supposed to crawl up under my car and get it... Needless to say I appreciate the crew at Brained. I will never go back to Hixson.

Quality fast food in extremely clean and tidy restaurant. The chicken burger was so fresh and tasty and the milkshakes are superb. If you're not up for a big evening restaurant dinner, this is a great quick alternative. Staff are also excellent and so attentive continually asking to top up your drink for free.
Nick, a trainee that took our order, was fantastic. He made sure he had everything accurate and was so pleasant. Unfortunately, we didn't get our dressing with the salads... a bummer, yes, BUT it's the first time I've EVER missed something from my order at this location and it was closing time. I can't be mad.
Chick-fil-A literally has a friendliest service of all the places I've ever seen and eaten at. They are so professional well-mannered and courteous. I was probably redundant but you really can't put a price on good customer service these days.
