I normally really like this restaurant. My family and I have come five times in the past two months. Everybody is always excited. The last four times before yesterday were great. The sandwiches were always spot on. But yesterday something was different with the bread. Drastically different. Very dry
Great food as well as service!!! Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket was amazing !!!
The service was excellent. The older man behind the counter was friendly and helpful with everything you wanted to order. The sandwiches they make there are delicious.
I went to the Red Bank location today,walked in, ordered and they told us they were closing in 2 mins. They told us to get it to go or we could eat it outside in 95⁰ weather. Their Facebook page clearly states 9:00 PM. I love your Brisket sandwich but the one I had at the Cleveland location was full
I like ordering online and for the last few weeks I haven't been able to when I wanted. Was notified by a manager that she has been turning off the online orders. The inside was empty. If I was the owner I would be very upset. Thats alot of loss money
Horrible experience. Tom the manager or poor excuse of a manger is the worst excuse for a human being there is. Called me and wife back and accused us of cussing his employee and then hung up. What a loser. Please stay away from this horrible location.
When we go out to eat, this has become one of our go-to places. The food and service are consistently good and pleasant. The -1 star is because it is not always that clean in the dining area. But, my wife and I enjoy splitting a large, tasty sub, and not paying a ton of money for it!
5 employees working and I use the term working loosely. The cashier was more concerned with her Snapchat than taking orders. 3 of the other 4 employees stood around talking while 1 person was attempting to get orders completed and sent out. Horrible customer service.
