I go to this Starbucks everyday, I always order my drink and or food when I leave my house and it’s always ready when I get there! We drove to this specific Starbucks to get drinks before they closed, we arrived 20 minutes before 9pm and the doors were locked and we were only allowed to use the drive thru. Honestly, I’m not sure what the problem is. I order coffee from this location daily. Today, my cup was filled so high that it spilled out into my cup holders the whole way home, then spilled all over my lap because the lid was not able to properly close due to the liquid around the rim of the cup. I go here every day. The staff is attentive and quick!! They handle their business even when they are slammed and I would highly recommend 10/10
They forgot a sandwich on my sister's order, so there was a bit of a wait, but she got a gift card for a free drink. My order- a coffee and a sandwich- was made correctly, so I was pleased.
