This review is for Rob! I went through the drive thru for breakfast (for the first time here) and didn’t know what to get. He helped me order and gave me fantastic suggestions. This guy needs a raise, thank you so much. You’re the reason i’ll be back. Keep up the good work 💕
Super slow service and lax health standards. During a six minute wait at the counter for my order, I saw one girl running the heat press for quesadillas pull her phone out to text at least 4 times between touching customers' food. These are the times where zero stars would be more appropriate. This place is so understaffed. If you place an in store pickup order, you still have to sit in the drive thru line for about 40 minutes since the lobby is closed because the ownership refuses to pay a decent wage.
Never know when dining area will be open. Last week the drive thru line was long so parked and went in. Yesterday line was long so parked and they had a sign on the door saying dining room closed. Service like most Service on hwy 58 is bad. Every fast food restaurant is extremely understaffed. One to two people at best taking the fast out of fast food. You can easy sit an hour in drive thru.
Cree is so rude. I placed an app order for pickup in the lobby and the lobby was closed (should have been communicated through the app), so after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and asking for my order to be made fresh, Cree talked over me and the nice associate and would not make my food fresh
The absolute worst fast food place in history. After waiting for 45 minutes in a long line wrapped around the building, I left. I gave this place a 2nd and 3rd chance.
