Why they didn’t do the double drive through when they remodeled is soo frustrating. It looks much nicer but still takes forever to get through the drive through. They are always busy which is great for business. But, it’s 90% just the line taking forever to progress.

Customer service was awful, food was cold like it had been in the fridge. Who wants to eat a cold McGriddle? Not me, so I wasted almost 5 bucks. After 1 Bite it was spit out and tossed out the window. Smh
Really good place in regards to service and food. It looked like the crew that was there worked really fluently. Was in and out pretty quick. Will go back here for sure.
530 in the morning, time to wake that backside up, hit up the drive through for a mobile order and the caffeine hits. It’s a great day to be alive and moving in the right direction. I love the app and the deals. The 530 morning crew are damn nice too.

If you want cardboard tasting food. This is definitely the place to receive it. You wait 30 mins in line just to get food that was cooked a whole day before. Disappointing! Doesn’t deserve any stars.
This Mcdonald's is one of the worst in Chattanooga. Customer service is terrible and had us waiting for our food for 30 minutes. When they finally showed up to give us our food it wasn't even the right order. After they brung out the correct order I went home and they didn't even gives us our basket
