Fast Friendly Service with Smiles!!!
Very nice! This McDonald’s was completely bulldozed and a whole new one was built in its place. It’s very stylish and clean. We came in for lunch today and the cashier was friendly, we got our food fast and it was fresh and hot, even the fries! They have adopted the way of Culver’s and you get a plastic number to sit on your table and they bring your food right to you. It does not have a drink station, but that’s okay in this world of germs. You can still get free refills at the counter. It’s the nicest-looking McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Cheboygan needs a pick-me-up like this.
Sue and Heather are wonderful! I look forward to my coffee every morning and both of them make my day with their smiles and friendliness.

It's good food but always busy. I'm not complaining, I don't like the kiosk, though. I prefer talking to a person.

Tables could use a mid lunch wipe down but otherwise everything was nice.
Nice new McD. Faster service at drive- thru then walk- in. Shake wasn't mixed well. They had just switched over to a new choc dispenser when I ordered. Friendly staff.

Just left the drive thru and I was so impressed by the friendly and happy voice who took our order and then when we rolled up to the window, the next woman was extremely helpful, enjoyable and smiley. Customer service is top notch today!

Excellent management, friendly staff, and if there's any line it moves very quickly, both inside or the drive-thru. On the rare occasions there has been an issue with my order, it's fixed very quickly
