I'm not really a burger person, but my family absolutely loves burgers. They say Five Guys has the best burgers in town. Everytime they have burgers from elsewhere, they say it was good, but nothing like Five guys. Everything is fresh to order, so expect to wait a little while.
Food and service always first rate here. I am writing this review to thank staff at Five Guys Galleria for valuable assistance they gave our mall staff Saturday, 4-16-22. My wife and I run the Easter photo set located next to Five Guys. Two thirds into the day we ran out of credit card paper. Five Guys' manager gave Renee a roll and wouldn't take payment for it. "You guys work hard and bring people in here," she told us. "We appreciate your efforts. Thanks." Thank you; we appreciated the help.
These guys were on top of there game. We had a big order over 20 people and they did not miss a beat!!!
Great!!! Fast!!! And it's nice and cold in here!!! The Burgers are sooo yummy and good!!! Perfect to bring a visitor!!!! Perfect for the teens to create their liking!!!
We went to WG to fix laptop and had a pleasant surprise today. The patty in the burger was crispy and juicy. The fries were great as usual. The milkshake was not heavy and too sweet.
Shout out to who seemed to be the manager(?) here. My 6YO spilled the milkshake all over the place. He immediately gave her a new one and cleaned up the place. The level of the taste and service here during the pandemic are worth a 6-star. Thank you with all our hearts!
