We order from hear often, they are our go to pizzeria since they opened friendly owner & staff ,I have only had 2/3 complaints that were handled immediately & professionally, great food

I stopped to get a couple of slices and was greeted with a friendly smile. I have to say, we try pizza from all over and always found fault. But your cheese and pepperoni pizza was delicious! So glad that I asked if they delivered to the Union and William area. Can't wait to order a pie for the game!
We ordered from here for the first time today. Very good. We got pizza and fingers& fries and everything was great. Glad my neighbor recommended it.
Sarah and her husband have fast, friendly, service that delivers a quality and great tasting pizza for a reasonable price. Thiers is, without a doubt, the best pizza in this area, bar none. They take pride in their work and getting it done as ordered in a minimum of time as promised. I don't go anywhere else for pizza and you won't either.
new ownership did the trick chicken wings were the bomb!!!!! good service sauce was spot on and the bbq wings charred on the grill fantastic
Best pizza in cheektowaga. Ever since the new owners took over the food and customer service has been spot on.. When I call to order food on the phone the person on the other end is very helpfull and curtious. They even read back ur order so you know it's correct... Also ever since new ownership took over, this is the best food I've had here and I've been coming here for 8 yrs... Everyone needs to try the food at SUGO.. Trust me..

Best Food & Best Service. The food is great, large portions, and very reasonably priced. When you order on the phone, they read your order back to you, to verify your order is correct. If you choose to pay with a card over the phone, they make it very quick and simple. The delivery service is amazing. It's fast and still hot, even in winter! The drivers will call you upon arrival, if requested. I highly recommend Sugo. You, as I, will appreciate their fantastic food and friendly, efficient service. THANKS, SUGO! (And please, people, tip your delivery drivers! The drivers seem so grateful and soooo shocked when I tip; they deserve it!)
Delicious!. We hit up a cowboy pizza (get mix of BBQ sauce, chicken fingers, and bacon) and an order of honey mustard wings. Food was high quality and perfectly cooked. Even loved the next day leftover pizza out of the microwave...recommended! Give it a try-you'll be glad you did....

I've been going to Sugo for the past three years and the staff is always polite, the food is good, and delivery time is generally very good. Some of the reviews on here make me wonder why these people are so mad at a small business run by good people.
Like it. I have been ordering from Sugo since they opened and I have never had a problem like some of the other reviewers here. I love the white pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza. Also honey mustard and BBQ wings are delish. The staff is always friendly especially the owner. Not sure why some of these other reviewers are so negative but they should consider giving it another shot before tearing it apart on the internet. And for the record, Most Pizza is now closed and Sugo is still open. Interesting.
I like it a lot my buddy always hooks me up with some h Good chicken finger subs. Also my sister keeps asking for those pizza logs. Very good!
A Good Local Pizza Place. Some of the reviews on here are not giving this place any credit. I've been ordering from this place since they opened and when they first opened, yes they weren't great. But since opening several years ago they have GREATLY improved though they can be a little pricey but it's a good local pizza sub. They have won several awards for their pizza and they update what they offer about once a year. I like this place and am glad to see them doing so well. I've ordered just about everything off their menu and have enjoyed it all. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful and willing to help you get the best food when you order!!
By far the best pizza I've tried in cheektowaga. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I order takeout at least once a week. If they had a dining room i would ear there more often.
