I’m making this review down the middle only because I was a loyal customer and I was here everyday for almost two years— usually ordering only drinks for my daily commute. Unfortunately, this past month there are people I don’t recognize at all and they’re getting my order wrong every time. Please

Stopped here on a road trip. They told us to pull to the front for one burger and two fries. Waited 15 minutes while other cars were passing us with their food. I drop by a few McDonald's, but this one was wild! Ordered a 20 piece nugget, receive (2) 10 count boxes. One box very fresh and hot, other was cold and chewy. At least fake it and dump them into a 20 piece box.

This place is never consistent when they end their breakfast which is super frustrating. I get told one thing and they do another, a little consistency would be nice. Or just overall better customer service.

Ordered a large ice tea, got a medium. Also why does every McDonald's drive thru put the fries in the bag sideways or upside down so when you grab them they're dumped into the bag?

Mc. Donald's has food created in their food prep facilities. It is shipped world wide. It tastes the same, world wide. You can go to a restaurant near you and it will taste the same in Japan and Russia.
