Always enjoy TR but today wasn’t our day! Seated w in 15 min w rolls-no butter (had req regular). Tea was brought to table promptly but no straws, no small plates for rolls, no napkins, no silverware. We req from waitress-received ea (individually) over 10-15 mins. Rolls were cold so brought more.
