Love Chick-fil-A and there friendly staff!!! Favorite place to eat!
Awesome customer service! We had to wait a few minutes for our chicken strips, they walked to our car and offered us a free milkshake or cookie for the wait! Will be coming here from now on!
Some friends & I pass through we decided to dine in service was excellent I always get my items "well-done" thank me later

Hands-down the BEST Chick-fil-A around!!! They are the most courteous, caring staff members just like Derek the owner! I love that it's a family business and he treats them all like family! Couldn't ask for anything more! They support so many in our community especially when tragedies strike! Right now they are taking donations for a sweet friend whose husband just had a double lung transplant! Thank you for all you do for the Hickory community!

Pretty good for the most part except for when they are rushing and forget various items like the granola for my parfait or the pepitas and tortilla strips for my salad.
At last a dine in Chick-fil-A. They have figured out a way to allow you to get out of the drive through lines. They have socially distant tables and someone comes to the table to take your order. Very well done so that we don’t have to eat in our car. Other Chick-fil-A’s should follow their example.
