I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted I wanted here!* They didn't even blink when I requested fried nuggets rather than grilled strips, on my Marketplace Salad - and with the Avocado Ranch dressing, it was absolutely perfect!! Their freshly- brewed unsweetened tea with lemon tops off the meal beautifully 💖 *When I asked for the same on two different trips to the Eliz City CFA location, I was told they couldn't do that. Maybe I'm picky, but the rare times I dine out I'd like to get what I want to eat - otherwise, I'll just cook at home!

Manager Courtney was extremely rude. I was coming for a door dash order which I’m aware is a third party, but that does not give her the right to overtalk me and be rude and disrespectful when I was addressing my concerns. There is a such thing in management L.A.S.T (Listen.Apologize.Solve and Thank) From my years of management I’ve never experienced of any manager with such poor work ethic.Work ethic consists of professionalism and Courtney displayed lack of communication.

You know it, you love it. This biggest challenge to any CFA is the drive through. However, this location does an admirable job handling the volume at lunch. My only dig is that I often have delays when ordering a grilled Chicken sandwhich. However, that is not unique to this location.

Market salad. Apples were fermented took a bite and had to spit it out. Some brown looking lettuce. Chicken was good

Every table was dirty and there were employees seemingly with nothing going on. This was my first dine in experience at this location but I have developed an expectation of Chick-fil-A to be clean. This review is not to down this location just an observation. The food was amazing as always and staff was friendly.

The drive thru was taking too long, which is not typical for chicfila, so I decided to go into the store to place my order, which happened to be for my daughter at home. There was no one in line, but the girl at the register was in la-la land and apparently didn't notice me standing there for about a minute. Once she came back from her vacation, she greeted me with a less than happy demeanor and a monotone voice, as if she was annoyed that I was there. Nonetheless, I placed my order and thanked her. While I did get the traditional "My pleasure," the monotone voice suggested that it was indeed NOT her pleasure. I stepped to the side to wait for my order and waited no less than 5 minutes for the one sandwich I ordered...the regular chicken sandwich, no pickles. Easy, right? Well I finally got my order, and shame on me for not looking in the bag before I left because they didn't even get the order right....it was a grilled chicken sandwich and my daughter refused to eat it. This location was definitely not the best and I will not return but I'm sure they don't care. Lol

This drive thru tends to be a lot slower than the Greenbrier location but as I was waiting for my food, Caleb was working at the window. He was so polite, friendly and made great conversation! Great experience despite the wait because of him!

What I say about this location is the same about every Chick-fil-A!!! Though the lines at the drive thru are always packed, it's always worth the wait. It seems they have almost permanently switched to having a employee outside to take your order instead of the usual mic and speaker which is nice. Very professional and courteous as always.
