With the crowd, of course the doughnuts were fresh off the grill. But, that's not unusual. The doughnuts are always coming off the grill at the Battlefield store, in Chesapeake, VA. In addition to my free glazed (for voting) I also decided to try their pumpkin spiced. It was excellent. Also, even though the crowd was large, and the line long, we were in and out rather quickly. And the staff was curtious, with smiles all around.
Yesterday was national donut day and they gave every person a free donut. It was packed in their but they did a great job of moving people through the line quickly.
The employees at Krispy Kreme are very friendly and professional! They are always helpful and when I have my kids, they bring a smile to their face, which isn't always easy to do! If there is ever a problem with a customer (I haven't had any), but I've witnessed that they are quick to fix any orders and all customers are happy and always moving quickly through the lines (whether through the line inside or drive through outside). This is my #1 stop when I do stop before work in the morning.
Yummy treats! Friendly staff. Only took a star off because I bought like 3 dozen donuts online and it didn't count towards my app rewards
Their donuts are delicious and they melt in your mouth. I like the fact they have numerous employees to wait on you at the register, the line tends to get long but with four people helping everybody out, it works very quickly for you to get through the line quickly. I go there as often as I can.

Always yummy donuts. Managers are always helpful and friendly. One little girl that waited on us the last time looked really lost. Couldn't say anything when I asked why the bill was higher than it should be, she just shrugged her shoulders and stared at me like u was speaking another language. After about the THIRD time asking, the manager came over and fixed the issue!
Delicious, they actually make donuts here! Not like the place across the street that has them shipped in frozen. You can definitely tell the difference. Plus the people working here seem to be happy to be alive which is getting more and more rare.
My morning goto for feeding my crew at work with great treats. A timeless classic! This location is staffed with friendly and accommodating people. The drive through line is only long when customers have large orders.
