Waited in line for 10 minutes. Waited another 20+ minutes after they took my money. After 30 minutes of burning gas waiting in the drive thru lane they come out tell me that the ice cream machine in not working, so no milkshake with my dinner and still no food either. I told them to refund my money!
Got our food home, not only were the burgers burnt to a crisp, we didn’t even get the right burgers. Somehow we ended up with 2 double cheeseburgers with bbq sauce, mayo and pickles. Not even close to our orders. Now we have food we spent money on and can’t even eat.
