Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful, which is a reflection of the owner. Although I was ordering takeout, the young lady was nice enough to bring the order over to where I was sitting when it was ready. I'm not rating this a 5, because I got things on my subs that I didn't ask for and didn't like and because I had melted cheese it was difficult to take off.
Love Zeros subs especially the toasted Ham and cheese with oil and vinegar and hot peppers/relish!
I've probably been here 10000 times since i was a kid. This last time was greatest experience ever. TOP NOTCH. Just two employees right before 12pm. But the service was great, fast, and friendly. The food was even better. My only complaint is the change i got back was 2 fives and 1 one so i couldn't leave the tip i wanted without tipping almost 65% and my money ain't that easy to come by. But I'll continue to eat here for i hope to be another 20 years
Went inside and ordered. The staff was friendly and let me know that certain toppings were extra. Inside they have a few chairs to sit and wait with table dividers. The food quality was good. The store was visibly clean, the staff was all wearing masks. I'd recommend ordering ahead to avoid a line and wait. Overall good experience.
I love Zeros Subs! It is my favorite place to get a sub. I live in Ohio and whenever I come to see my family we have to get Zeros! With a big family, picky eaters, and vegetarians, Zeros is one of our regular places to get dinner. I definitely recommend Zeros!
