Horrible customer service from the beginning to end. The only reason we didn’t cancel our order because we wanted to help them see that they have to do better than what we’ve experienced today.
Note for the corporation: Don’t allow the “fast food” badge be the priority over quality customer servi
I went to pick up an order and the restaurant was basically empty, however, one would have expected the food to be ready. There was only one person behind the register and she was also taking drive through orders. I am not sure if the crew members decided to all go on break and leave her by herself
The food is good, cashier was respectful. There was a young man laying on the counter and on his cellphone. This is unprofessional. When I addressed it with the cashier she said okay and shut the window in my face. How rude. I will not return.
