Great store and run well i also like the staff very nice. Kathy also a hard working manager there i see her all the time working very hard.

This 7-Eleven is situated at 1108 Volvo parkway chesapeake Virginia 23320 in the heart of greenbrier area. This convenient store is open 24 hours and I went there to fill gas and buy some food they sell coffee, cappuccino, icecream, sandwiches,fountain drinks, slurpee ,cold water bottles,soda bottles, beers,wine, pizzas, juices, milk, energy drinks cold. also sell lots of stuff which we use daily, there is ATM and lots people buying hot lunch from there grill served hot include hotdogs, taquitos, chicken products , fresh cooked pizza can buy a whole or a slice etc . I bought some taquitos very nice fully cooked . Customer service is excellent and store is very clean and well organized. got a big parking lot which is clean . There is air and vacuum machine in the parking lot and store sells fresh donuts which are made by 7-Eleven and serve daily.

On 06/06/2021, I was on a errand to pick up ice for my granddaughters 2nd Birthday which was right down the street. When I pulled into t 7-11 I thought I would get some gas while I was there. Then during the process I realized that I didn't have my credit card on me so I canceled the transaction and went into the store to pay for the ice and then I went back and dropped off the ice and then went back to other errands. I figured that I could have left my credit card at home, so I searched high and low to no avail! During the end of my search I noticed a message was on my answering machine at home and decided to listen to the messages. I learned that my wallet with my credit cards and cash had been found by a 7-11 customer and had turned it in! In speaking to the 7-11 Manager Albert Cantoria that he had gone the extra mile to research my name and find my home phone number which is not easy to find! I thanked him profusely and thought this man went out of his way to get my wallet back to me! This is the truest form of professional customer service and really speaks of the caliper of the person Albert Cantoria and also the patron who turned my wallet in. This incident helped to restore my faith of humanity in people.

I adore 7-11. One of our most visited spots for gas, smacks, and even quick bites. It is always so clean and the staff is amazing.
