Apparently gloves and hair nets are optional at this location. I’m standing here watching people handle food with no gloves on and long hair swinging around without a care. Not to mention they’re bumbling about trying to figure out a simple order and telling me the pizza baking machine was turned of

Called in a order for pickup and while standing at counter waiting to be rung up, I looked back and saw that one young girl was making pizzas with no gloves on, and one girl was cutting pizzas with no gloves on. The girl cutting the pizzas came straight to register and rung me up without washing her

I arrived 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time and the pizza was just being made. I waited the new estimated time and went back in and was told the pizza had to be made again. I told them to just give me my money back and was told a manager had to do that and then he went to get the manager.

Both pizzas were "warm"..not hot which is surprising as this location is maybe 3 miles from the delivery drop off. Each time I have ordered I have had to call and ask when the order will be delivered as it has taken well over the time limit estimated at the time of ordering.

The pizza was good, but the so-called “large “ bone-in wings were ridiculously small! They are way too expensive to receive tiny little wings that looked like little wing nuggets with a little bone hanging out of it. I’ve never seen anything like it. I was very very disappointed.

Thank you very much. Online ordering was very user friendly and tracking was a great feature. Delivery driver did just as asked knocked and left food at the front door for contactless delivery.

We are new to the city. Had no idea which pizza hut delivered to my address. Called a different store, sat on hold for over 8 minutes. I hung up and tried this store, and they answered right away, and thankfully they do deliver to my house! Super quick delivery and the driver was polite, pleasan
