Things were not as they should have been but when I called in I spoke to a manager Michael and he was great and completely understood where I was coming from. As this is my favorite place I’ll be giving them another try and BWW has the manager Michael to thank for that.

Samantha, my waitress, was wonderful. Unfortunately, the cook staff left unexpectedly and the manager had to cook our food which made us wait a while. I didn't mind, because I was in great company and Samantha kept us informed. The food was great, when it arrived.
Lovely staff. One particular host was a wonderful young man. Very pleasant. The hostess was ok but they did tend to be heavy in conversation. Not rude but preoccupied.
