They are typically pretty good. They put together a platter for me last minute, and I tipped them $10 to find the toppings just thrown together really sloppy. It was for Christmas for a family gathering. Typically I really like to use the app, and it's always ready for me to come grab, and go. Norm
Please train new staff on cross contamination. You never touch the register with the same gloves that you will return to making my sandwich with.
Also, meat and veges require separate gloves when making a sandwich.
A little bit of a wait (10-15 minutes) but there was only one person working and 8-10 people in line. The lady working remained cool and calm and took care of 8 of us as the last two people left.

It was better this time, they where busy with online orders which had 3 in store customers backed up while the online order was being made. Because of this I do beleive they need more than 1 person there on a Saturday at least.
The last 2 times I have ordered on line, I've gotten home to find my sandwich is missing the ham. When I call to tell them, they want me to drive back across town to pick up 3 pieces of ham. The food is fine. Restaurant is usually clean.. However, anyone behind the counter preparing food, should wear a mask. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Please require masks be worn by food prep staff.
I ordered two sandwiches. I asked for them to be lightly toasted. Both sandwiches were great service was very good. I will be back. Thanks for a great lunch.
