We love this place, we have never had a bad experience here, we are going again tonight! The staff and the manager Kyle are great people, the food is excellent and the bar is awesome. If you ever get a chance to try it out you won't regret it.
Most delicious meal served with a very friendly server! Highly recommend going here to all my friends! So much fun!
Jeff waited on my boyfriend and I and gave us amazing service. We didn’t realize the 4 course experience took 2 hours and when we came in an hour and 15 minutes before closing but Jeff assured us it was okay because he would be staying late to clean up. I really appreciated him accommodating us in this way. He gave great recommendations on the menu, we loved the food! I was full when I got to the 4th course but the fondue was so delicious, we ate every bite. Definitely recommend. :)

Wonderful service. Our server explained the menu to us since it was our first time. Drinks were always full. An experience I won’t forget.
We have always had a great time and great customer service at the Melting Pot in town and country. I highly recommend The Melting Pot!

Let me start off by saying the place gets busy. They get booked up on reservations, and it is very popular. If you can understand that and can wait a little bit for your service, then please give this place a try! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary. The reviews I read spoke on how bad the service was, but I felt it was just fine considering how busy they were. Our server was nice and friendly, helping us with our food choices. We had the full fondue experience for two and adored it. Each course came out at a reasonable time, giving us time to chat, relax, and enjoy each other's company. The cheese was amazing and the portions were perfect. The meats and vegetables were great, and the server explained to us how to properly cook, and taught us to not contaminate our forks. The cook times were listed at the table so we could follow them. The dessert chocolate was excellent, and the dipping choices were all good ranging from fruit to dessert treats. Overall we loved our experience, but once again I say if you think waiting 15 minutes for your food is too horrid, then don't come here. This is a place to sit and enjoy your date and your time. We were here about two hours for the whole experience and would do it again for sure.
Roman MADE this experience for us! It was our anniversary meal and we'd never been there before. He was so personable and took time to explain everything to us. His sense of humor and personality was perfect for us. Rita the manager came over at one point and the interaction between her and Roman made it clear that it was a pretty cool place to work and a pretty cool place to eat. When you have workers like that, it can make or break the decision to go back or not. Obviously, the food was fantastic!! But, it's not just the food that has us ready to go back again with our kids. The atmosphere and the fact that the waiters, Roman in particular, took so much time to ensure you got the most out of your experience. Will definitely return!! GO ROMAN!

After reading many recent reviews, my expectations were high for this restaurant. I was able to secure 5pm Saturday dinner just few days in advance. I was offered 5 course experience for my wife and kids meals for my children. Birthday celebration was to include baloons and seasonal bouquet. I did shared that it was our 1st time.
We arrived on time, but had to wait to get seated. Birthday greeting on the TV adds nice touch. Once we were seated, we were given regular menus without any extra explanation. I quickly realized that table wasn’t ready as promised, as it didn’t have seasonal bouquet but roses, also one of the baloons was deflated. When I asked waiter about my reservation that included 5-course, she realized we had regular menus. We didn’t get a lot of explanation how process works and service wasn’t personable at all, considering birthday reservation. Also, service was very slow, with no regard that we had two kids with us.
Cheese fondue was good and meats were well marinated. While, birthday candle for my wife was nice touch, overall desert choices were limited.
Overall, we wanted to try MT for a long time. Now that we did, there are many other restaurants that provide delicious food with great service.
We’ve been here several times and it’s always a delicious treat. Service is excellent and very friendly.
There’s always a good amount of seasoning on the meat, regardless of what you order. We like the plain court bouillon for the main course which gives such a good flavor to the veggies and whatever else you’re cooking. There’s handy cooking times listed on the table for when you inevitably forget the times your server tells you.
The Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue is the best with the candied pecans and the rum that they flambé. You can always get extra dippers too!
We tried several different drinks this time which were all very good, and also very boozy. We would recommend the Tipsy Turtle and the White Chocolate Cappuccino, which is a great way to finish the meal.
We always leave stuffed! Well worth the price in our opinion.
Dinner was so good, We came here for anniversary and they made our night extra special. They food was incredible and the atmosphere was really great. Our wait staff really too the night, Abyana really went above and beyond to make our dinner special. We can't wait to get back.
Food was tasty. My husband got the anniversary package which included a rose, chocolate Strawberries and a photo which I loved. The service wasn't the best, but my waiter seemed extremely busy. I feel like a staffing problem may be present at this location.
Came to celebrate my moms birthday. We really enjoyed ourselves. New management is AWESOME. Ms. Rita is amazing. She made this the best experience ever. We WILL BE BACK <3
We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was our first time so we didn't know what to expect. The service was excellent and our waitress, Alexis, was very friendly and attentive. The manager, Ms. Rita, was walking the floor and engaging with the guests. She was friendly and funny! We had a four course meal and it was a different yet delightful experience! We def recommend coming here for a date night!
Went with a friend. We had enjoyable experience with the 4 course meal. Pleasant fun atmosphere for all ages. Casual dress. Could be romantic, birthday party, gathering of friends! Delicious food!
First visit with my granddaughter so wasn't sure what to expect. We ended up ordering way too much food but decided we liked the bread and cheese, salads and chocolate fondue. Service was incredible and we had a great experience.
Our first trip to the Melting Pot in at least 13 years and it did not disappoint! Our server Ben was knowledgeable and super personable. It did seem like they might have been short staffed because Ben had to pick up at least one extra table which slowed him down a bit, but as a former sever I totally sympathize. This was our first experience at the Melting Pot with our sons and they loved every minute of it. Would definitely recommend!
Pros: Overall a great experience! The food and server was great! It’s a awesome experience! I went there to celebrate a anniversary with my girlfriend, and we spent over 2 hours there!
Cons: The only thing that was kind of disappointing was that I asked for “Thursdate” and they forgot to give us the rose petals and the candles. But overall it was a great time! Would definitely do again!

Finally made it back since Covid and it was just as good as we remembered. We went on a Wednesday and they had a current special that we could get a charcuterie board with our cheese fondue. If you’re looking for some protein options, or just something a little extra to go with all the bread, then I definitely recommend ordering the charcuterie board. We did the 3-course meal option (cheese fondue, salad, and chocolate fondue) and were plenty full by the end of the meal. For our cheese fondue, we did the Classic Alpine (still holding hope that the Deep Dish Pizza fondue will come back one day). I had the Apple Bacon Spinach salad and my husband had the Caesar salad (both were delicious). Then for our dessert, we did The Original (crunchy pb & milk chocolate) and added an extra tray of dippers. I also tried the Very Berry Lemonade and it was very refreshing. Our server Bridget (and Tucker who was training) made sure we always had what we needed and did a great job of taking care of us. Overall, had another good experience and will definitely go back soon (definitely sooner than 3 years like this time lol)!
My husband and I have come here for both of our wedding anniversary's, there is a lot of things we love about this restaurant! It's expensive but it's a whole experience with great food and you don't often (if ever) get a full course meal like they have to offer. The dessert is my favorite. The first time we went in 2021 was super nice and the waitress was wonderful. When we went recently 3/27/2022 it was still good but wasn't a great experience. Our waiter seemed rushed and we paid $12.95 for balloon bouquet, chocolate wafers and a photo but our picture was never taken or whatever they mean by picture so that was a bummer. Also, 2 or 3 of the tables near us, the waiter asked if he could grab them a couple more of their favorite dessert dippers which I was super hoping he would ask us since that is my personal fav but he never did. He was probably just being nice to the others!
Went on Mother’s Day. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes before anyone greeted us. Emma was our waitress. She was very friendly and informative but she did forget to bring the charcuterie we ordered. All the courses were good. I do think the teriyaki marinated steak was tough. The filet mignon was all of our favorite. I also would have liked clarified butter for the lobster tail. The manager (Tom maybe?) came by our table twice to check in on us. I thought we were waiting for our waitress between courses and she could have been more responsive but otherwise it was a fun experience.
I love this place it’s very nice to go on a date here very warm and cozy and you will get stuffed. However if you’re going to come here make sure you have the time to spare. I believe my experience took about 3 hours from start to finish. It was amazing though to spend that quality time with my partner.
My wife decided to surprise me for our wedding anniversary by going to this place and it was amazing! Not only did my wife get ME flowers,she had them write a personal message on a card for our anniversary! Emily T. was amazing she helped with everything from begining to end.. she was so sweet about giving me time to decide since id never been there before, she didnt make me feel rushed either. Dinner lasted 2 hrs for us in total. The drinks are strong and amazing... the bathroom is the only thing we had problems with cause of looking like your walking into the kitchen, the wife went to the wrong opening, it was hilarious watching her 😂! So granted we took a 2 hour drive for this but I am so thankful for the staff and my wife bring this experience to me on our special day. She also says the bathrooms are like saunas and could use air freshener 😆
