Class act and delicious food. Abundant menu, but doesn't make you indecisive. Vegetarian options galore. Meat lovers happy. Delivery is lightning fast, too! I ordered online easily to treat a work team for lunch. The crew of 5 were happily fed for about $65, which included delivery fee and tip. I actually had to call the restaurant because I believe I made an error in ordering. The lady that answered was so incredibly nice, and she had to get the manager who was just as great, and even though it was my error, they made it right. I would have already come back here time again, but because of this experience they are going to be my go-to for quite some time. Not to mention, the friendliness during what was likely an already rushed lunch time, is just icing on the cake. I definitely recommend. By the way, the order when it was delivered was sealed in a bag which kept it fresh and sanitary, neatly packaged, and the portion sizes seemed just as big if not bigger than when dining in.

Every time we visit the area we always stop at this PF Chang’s location. The staff is always extremely present and helpful no matter the time of day. They keep the restaurant tidy and we’ve never had a long wait. Food is hot and tastes fresh!
Due to Covid, it’s recommended you make reservations during peak times due to limited seating capacity. Masks should be worn at all times unless you are seated at the table. All the employees I saw were wearing their masks appropriately at all times which was a major bonus for us.

This was the 1st time ever eating at the restaurant and I will say the staff were very friendly. Our waitress was patience while we were trying to navigate the online menu. The food was very flavorful and it was a decent portion. Without doubt we will go back.

This was the first time ive eaten out in a few months and the food was excellent. Bravo. The serving staff was great. Followed the mask rules everyway. All that said I will probsbly waig to eat out again until the mask mandate is over and i csn eat normally

Love this place. Never had it before I moved here and it’s basically an upscale Panda Express and 10 times better. The coconut mojitos are TO DIE for. The only bad experience we’ve ever had, was they forgot to give us lettuce for the lettuce wraps once. We called in & got a credit. This is also the only place where ordering through a third party delivery service is efficient! Always on time.. at least an hour late if you order anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. Can’t wait for delivery to be here😉

Made a resevation for two this past Thursday. Arrived on time and promptly seated. After that, the evening went downhill. It took our server 22 minutes to show up and take our drink orders. And there wwre only three occupied tables in the restaurant. Gave our order when she brought drinks. Ordered Mongolian Beef w/Hot and Sour soup. My companion ordered Orange Chicken. Food came quick. It was our guess that the food was left over from lunch, because the Beef was cold, tough and dry. More scallions than meat. Orange Chicken was worse. Cold "squishy" and tasteless. Fried rice also cold. Don't appreciate paying over fifty dollars for leftovers.

Delicious food and excellent service. Highly reccomend the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Kung Pao Shrimp, and Beef with broccoli. All very good. We went to the Chesterfield location. All staff wear masks, social distancing, and all Covid protocols followed.

I purposely ordered a dinner portion of honey chicken so that my boyfriend and I could split it. It was $15 for the dinner portion, $11 for the lunch portion. When our waiter brought out our entrees, I thought there had been a mixup. I asked him so that I was sure that this was the dinner sized portion, not the lunch. I kid you not, it was one chicken breast's worth of meat. Our waiter told me he would check with his manager, Craig. He returned, telling us that there was nothing that he could do about it, as everything is pre-portioned. As a breastfeeding mother, I do need to eat a good portion at meals. We also watched as Craig walked around to every other table in the restaurant, asking how their visit was and was their food enjoyable, while avoiding us. There were fewer than five tables total, including us, on an open floor plan. We CAN see you. By the way, your restaurant's $2 up charge for a bowl of fried rice half the size that you get from real Asians at a takeout place should already cover your costs of increasing a dinner portion size. I find it hard to believe that this is how this company has always been, as I've never heard anything but good reviews over the past 10 years or so. I can only assume that the current financial state of the country has not passed over the owners of P.F. Chang's. Thank you Craig of the Chesterfield, Missouri location for a wonderfully lacking experience, which you obviously didn't care about.

This PF Chang's location is the best one available for those of us in the St. Charles area. The food is always good here, the menu offers new items, and the service is always outstanding. We tried the new PF Chang's at the Streets of St. Charles and we were very excited to finally have a location close to us. Well the good news is the location. There were plenty of servers and everyone was friendly enough. And the food tasted good. Then there is the not so good news. We ordered margaritas and were done with our appetizers before the drinks arrived!! (At 4 pm in the afternoon no less). The menu did not have all of the newer options that Chesterfield offers. The margaritas were not as good as we would expect and worst of all - we were charged $11.50 for each margarita!! That's outrageous!! There are too many other food options close by when we want to see a movie to pay that much for a drink. Maybe we'll go back to the Streets of St. Charles but more than likely we will keep driving out to the Chesterfield restaurant.

Appetizers were pretty good. Had the lettuce wraps, shrimp and wings. Out of 11 entrees and 7 different ones, no one enjoyed their meal. Flat, caseless, plain generic food. For the ridiculous price we paid for rice and chicken no one eight any of the brown, white or fried rice at all. I could make better at home. You're better off going to China wok for a third of the price and three times as good. Won't be back

My husband and I cam in to buy a gift card. We ate lunch and loved it. My husband ate Beef fried rice and I ate Lo Mein with vegetables and Chicken. Awesome flavor. All made from Scratch. The Crab Wontons were great also. I would recommend P. F. Chang's to all my friends!
Service was fast and Friendly. Waitress was always refilling our drinks and asking how everything was and if we needed any thing else!!! 03/11/2017 update. Both times we have been there it was PERFECT!!!!

Food was luke warm, lettuce was brown, they put the brown and white rice in one bowl and were proud when I asked why, the portions have gotten smaller and the prices went up. Quality has really gone downhill. Not sure why they keep trying to change things, it was great the way it was, now it sucks. This is the third crappy meal in a row here, so I think I’m done. Had I not had a gift card, we probably wouldn’t have wasted our money here anyway. How disappointing.

The food was excellent, as usual. The service was slow and our server seemed annoyed. They weren't busy, so we couldn't understand the service. I booked the reservation online and wanted 6:00. I was given a choice of 5:45 or 6:15. We arrived and the parking lot wasn't very full. We walked in and there were at least 15 empty tables.

The food wasn't all that great. Who doesn't sale fried rice during dinner. Yep you guessed it, this place. My fiancé had Beef and broccoli and it had no flavor at all. What I make at home was much better. I know that we won't be going back and we won't be buying it in the store either. I have had better.

We had reservations for my birthday on Saturday. I was looking forward to sitting in a half moon booth next to my husband who is currently battling cancer so it was supposed to be a special night for us. They stick us at a 2 seater table with a both on one side. The couple next to us kept bouncing on the booth which caused my space to keep bouncing. The table was in direct line with the front door, which was opening constantly and we froze thru the whole dinner which was mediocre. I have had chicken lettuce wraps before, never with tofu. We hate tofu! The waiter knew I was upset and was as nice as he could be but I doubt we'll ever go back.

We arrived about ten minutes before our reservation, and we were seated right away. Our appetizers and drunks arrived quickly, as did our entrees. The food was excellent, as always. It was my daughters 13th birthday, and she was very happy with her restaurant choice. PF Changs is always a favorite for our family.

I wanted Lettuce Wraps for my free entree birthday dinner. But in this age if a computer can't figure it out, it can't be done. So I had to get a much more expensive "free" entree. Seriously? Punch in the expensive one and serve the customer the appetizer They've been looking forward to for days!!! The spicy chicken was just "eh" and not at all spicy.

Food was delicious! Service was "ok." Waiter didn't bring my kimchi slaw, so had to ask for it. Food is not authentic at all if you're looking for that, but yet very delicious. A little overpriced, but still an okay experience overall.
