First time ever eating at The Cheesecake Factory...Nice atmosphere.. Just a bit pricier than most walk in restaurants but I expected that.I ordered the chicken pot stickers (you get 5 for about $12) and they were DELICIOUS....I also ordered the fried honey chicken breast with mashed potatoes and asparagus (about $19)...it was VERY bland...I wasn't impressed.Our server was awesome though, I wish I could remember his name.

Let me first say I did not stay to eat so my review is based on my limited experience due to the awful customer service. I cannot review or comment on the food. I was first greeted right at the doorway by a younger girl who took my name and number. She gave me a wait time of 20 minutes. In around 20 minutes, I received a text stating my table was ready. I walked back up to the hostess and waited off to the side a bit as she was taking additional walk-in reservations. I waited an additional 5+ minutes till I was directed to my table. I was a reservation of one person, just myself. The hostess literally pointed to across the restaurant and said I was to sit at the first high-top in the bar. No one walked me to my table. I walked aimlessly to the table which was just wiped down by the manager. I assumed he was manager as he was in a blue shirt and tie. I wiped out the seat (habit) before sitting and there was either whipped butter, whipped cream... something of that texture in the seat. Since there were 4 other chairs, I just sat in another clean seat. The bartender came to get my drink order and was very pleasant. I ordered a water to start. He brought the water with silverware and bread as i reviewed the menu. I opened the silverware to use the napkin to wipe off my hand from the whipped substance still on my hand. The spoon had caked on spinach/lettuce whatever... that was my last straw. I walked out at that moment. Several instances that lead to me no longer wanting to dine and eat at this restaurant. I hope the back of the house is managed differently but unfortunately with the lack of attention and customer service in my limited experience I did not want to take the chance of how the food was handled.

This restaurant is so beautiful! It’s dimly lit so it has a romantic vibe to it. The columns inside are so neat. It’s a very artistic building. And the food is so good! Not just the cheesecake! The bread they serve before your meal is simply divine. I almost get filled up the bread before my meals there. The servers are very polite and good as well. Highly recommend for a lovely dining experience.

I went there to get their best selling Oreo Cookies and Cream Cheesecake. The best cheese cake i had. Their other products also the best.

The fried zucchini was good, but we liked the FRIED MACARONI AND CHEESE the most. Which are Crispy Crumb Coated Macaroni and Cheese Balls. Served over a Creamy Marinara Sauce. I had the STUFFED CHEDDAR BURGER, it was so good! My girlfriend had the MACARONI AND CHEESE BURGER which had a macaroni ball on it! Don't wait, go get this delicious food! You won't be disappointed, unless you don't like good food! 🤠😋😋😋

Overall we really enjoy this location. We order it online and get it to go. Usually they are reasonably quick. The food is excellent. However the first to go order we received did not include the complimentary bread and butter.

Awesome!! Girlfriends steak was most tender she ever had. Cut it with a fork. The only downside here is the expense. However you get what you pay for.
