I ordered fajitas -to go- that did not come with tortillas. An important item for the dish. Just awesome. My husband did drive back to pick up the tortillas. Of course by then my food was cold. His burrito was just soggy. Decent price for potions. Can not give a honest food review due to the condition of our food by the time we were able to eat. (Chips and salsa flavor as expected )

We went to the restaurant on Saturday, June 6th thinking they were back to almost normal. Not at all. Should have not been opened at all. Their co-owner Rogelio Aguirre who ran the restaurant is gone and the food is terrible. Taco Bell would have been almost better. Enchilada was made by an amateur using parmesan cheese and taco sauce. Food was not hot as well. Only thing was good was the Corona Light Beer. Heads-up, no Employee's were using using face masks as required by St. Louis County. Will not be back.

There was no music playing when we entered for a Saturday lunch, and with very few decorations, it hardly felt like a "fiesta" much less a identifiable as a Mexican restaurant. However, the chicken lunch fajita was very tasty and perfectly seasoned - I only wish they had given more peppers (very few were on the plate) but it was compensated by a lot of chicken. Service could definitely be friendlier. Overall, this seemed to be like a kind of run-of-the-mill Mexican restaurant. I would've given 3.5 stars if I had the option.

Good service. Great desserts! Food was a bit bland for my taste!

Really disappointed when I ordered a "for pick up" order. Steak fajitas for two - no sour cream. After a long holiday drive home - was pumped to get home and eat. Steak fajitas was a single serving and steak was dried out. Bummed. I've had food there before and it was good. - I'll chalk this up to being the day after Christmas and the place was busy.

What a hidden gem! My wife and I enjoy a Mexican restaurant at least once a week. This is our first visit and definitely will not be our last. Service, food, decor, and the margaritas are wonderful!!

First visit today and we WILL be back!! I've been to Mexico and gotten hooked on authentic Mexican food. We've searched all over St. Louis and found Pueblo Solice but that is not a convenient drive. Then we search St. Charles County as we live in St. Peters - and found Los Cabos, which was consistently good. But Los Cabos closed. So this year we have been searching again and after reading reviews, we decided to make the drive out to Chesterfield and give Fiesta a try. It was very authentic tasting. The chorizo was especially impressive and very well made. I highly recommend Fiesta and we cannot wait to go back.
