Slowest fast food drive thru I have ever been through. Waited 30 minutes only two cars away from the window. Once i got my food it was cold.. Rude service... go to McDonald's instead! They know what they're doing there.
First, its fast food so I don't expect much. However if the hash browns and fries are too hard to chew or are more like chips, maybe you should fry some new ones. Also when someone orders a "Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissan'wich" I expect there to be ham, egg and cheese, my sandwich was missing the egg.
