So...I always order online which is cool ordering your own stuff ahead without the hassle of pronouncing what you want at the speaker. The past few times I've visited, I'll say I ordered online and the order will pop up but they won't say anything? Pure silence. Got a line behind me so......Like do you want me to pull ahead or not? Then when I get up to the window, I get it y'all are focused doing your job (trust me I've worked at a coffeshop with a drive thru before) but please when you give us our stuff, acknowledge us like have a good day or your good! Geez....

This is the slowest Tim’s around. I drive out of my way now because they are so slow here. The staff is rude too, especially the guys who work the window. I get the same guy most times and he just seems miserable.

Every time I go there they screw up something. I've had coffee so burnt it was un drinkable. Today, my latte wasn't full to the top, they forgot straws, napkins, and my kids chocolate milks! The latte has barely any flavor in it. Will for sure not be going here again. Wasted money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm so extremely disappointed with this location. I visit Tim Hortons frequently and usually I go to 26 and Lenox but this one is closer to my work. The employees are extremely rude, rush you, and don't listen to you. When you ask politely for napkins or ask a simple question they either ignore you or reply with an attitude. I've tried to give this location many chances to redeem itself before posting a review and I've had enough. Be nice. We are human and so are you, treat your customers better. I have never been more disappointed that I had to leave a review like this.
P.s. To top it off I just looked in my bag and don't have what I ordered.

I know everyone is short staffed; no excuse for the rudeness. They always throw the donut in with hot items; so melted icing everywhere!

This location is hit or miss, they seem like they try to do a good job but often forget something or give me the wrong sandwich. They do fix their errors, but it happens pretty often.

#1 I LOVE Tim Hortons coffee!! BUT, my problem is that I went there yesterday and got a #10, which I had foolishly ASSumed was a meal!! The picture shows a Bagel with Cream Cheese, Hashbrown Sticks, and a Coffee. When I get my bagel, I ask the girl “where are my Hash-browns?”. She looks at me like, huh??!!?? And states “you need to ask for those”. ARE YOU FLIPPING KIDDING ME!!!!!! Why I’m the world do you show a picture of a meal and tell me I should’ve asked for the Hash-browns?!!! Isn’t is it a safe guess that the picture shown is what I should flippin get!!!!!!????!!!!! Seriously, I would like an explanation! I will still order a coffee from y’all but never a so-called meal again! Ugh
