Absolutely rude employee, on Saturday Jan.11th 2020, stopped by to upload money on a card, been doing this for years here, the girl behind the counter, said I don't know how to do it and my manager just left, I said can you call them so they can tell you how, she said no, I was shocked like really, I said seriously, she said she don't have a phone. As I was walking out, again I said seriously and she says, whatever!!!!! Absolutely rude! Time was 4:05pm.

The staff is the friendliest around if you treat them like the decent people they are. I’m so tired of witnessing customers being rude to the workers because of policy and/or procedure which they can do nothing about. Be kind and you’ll find kindness comes back to you

My husband went into this 7 Eleven to buy a scratch off. He had a coupon for $5 free through the Michigan lottery website. The man at the counter working named Kylo R gave him an extremely hard time. He told him it was too much work for him to do the coupon. My husband told him that he should not be working there if it’s too much work. This employee then pulled out his phone and start taking photos of my husband and our truck while I was sitting in it. This employee clearly has some type of problem and shouldn’t be working there if he can’t handle a simple job.

I walked in and immediately a short aryan looking employee approached my girlfriend and I to tell us he was implementing a new rule if we made a mess at the slurpy machine he was going to charge me 10 dollars and we need to be adults and clean up after ourselves.. he then said "don't test my power" which was very confusing/kinda threatening. I thought he was joking because it was so awkward. He wasnt. im almost 30 and this was literally the second time I have ever stepped foot in the store. It was a super cringy experience and I'll never go back again. What bottom of the barrel employee pool are you hiring from? Oof.

Used to love this 7-11 but since this new short bald headed RUDE WEIRDO guy mumbled a comment to me about something I purchased. He's always talking religious non sense. People are scared of this guy!! Just warning you!

Normally (4-5 days a week) I go to this location and do not have an issue with any staff member at all. Today I forgot my license and was refused cigarettes. I am 43 and full of grey hair, in addition i never have an issue with them doing their thing swiping my license, i simply forgot it today. The woman behind the counter refused to sell to me, i stated it is not Michigan state law to swipe and she said her register wouldn't open with out it, I asked if she could use her own to which she replied she didn't have it with her......in addition I'm pretty sure she was the store manager and that was horrible the way she spoke was rude and short. I will probably just drive 2 miles further from now on to avoid this woman since I've never been talked to this way over something so trivial.

They sell phone chargers for $21. I gave two stars for the convenience of a twenty-four-hour gas station with a variety of snacks. The lackluster attitude of the staff is of little importance to myself, however the overpriced items are a major discouragement from making my stop here; specifically the energy drinks, tobacco products, & basically anything but the snacks on sale.

Everytime I go in here there’s a different person on midnights. They are rude and can tell they hate their jobs. The only one I’ve came across that was nice was the older woman who works at night. She wears glasses. She’s an absolute sweetheart. The rest make you want to leave the store as soon as you get in there.
