Customer service this morning was not good. I asked about their Babe Ruth donut and the girl had no idea what I was talking about. It’s too bad they don’t make it anymore bc it was amazing. I was charged $20 for a dozen vegan donuts. Def over priced for donuts.
We have a pizza desert in Bon air. There's the standard delivery, and then a couple of Italian places that offer substandard pie, then there's Tazza kitchen which kicks it up along with galley to go where you can find excellent pizza as well.

The sugar shack offers everything you could want from a donut, fluffy, air filled, and flavorful. They offer a relaxed atmosphere full of fun accents and delicious vegan options.
Thought I'd give them another shot. Never been to this particular store though. Either they forgot an ingredient or the Oreo frapp is just cookies, ice and water. Weird and not good. Love the donuts here. Very good and not just the type of donuts like a wacky for no reason. Even the coffee drinks are pretty good. My only issue is how small the inside is. It’s always so crowded on a weekend morning that you can barely figurw out where to order.
For sure, the best donut place around. I really like their style when it comes to their donuts and the toppings and ingredients that they use. The prices are pretty good for everything and the customer service is always really good. I've gone there many times and never really had an issue.
