Lovely little spot. The restaurant has beautiful decor. The menu is full of classics and I can't wait to try the soups soon. Not enough so called authentic restaurants have soups on their menu. I ordered the meat lovers monster burrito and it absolutely lived up to its name. Wow. Perfectly grilled and stuffed. It was delicious, the cheese sauce that comes with it was also very good. Server was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Great atmosphere. The service is excellent. The prices are just right and the drinks are intoxicating, for its value 🤑The food is delicious and taste even as good leftover. The establishment is well maintained and food gets out to you quickly. This place is amazing ☺️🥰 Update- I've been here a few times after this and I still love this place. The service here is good, the food is always amazing, and the drink are great. I uploaded another drink I got from there. It is one of their shots of liquor, I think it's called Brain Hemorrhage. This bluish drink looks as amazing as it tastes.

So far, the best authentic Mexican we have had in the RVA area. Servers greeted us with LOTS of energy and offers of tequila shots. Food came out quickly and piping hot and was very flavorful and cooked quite nicely. The cocktail menu was quite impressive with lots of shareable drinks, unique drinks, and plenty of drink options for non-tequila lovers as well. Overall a very fun and delicious experience!

You can judge a Mexican restaurant by it's chimichanga. The chicken chimichanga here is a bit smaller than normal, and actually open-ended, which I would normally call a flauta, but it was delicious. Cheese queso is great, as well.
