Usually love this Starbucks location and been coming here for years but I hate it that they now have a person standing out side to take my order instead of letting me pull to the speaker as I can’t see a menu! Please stop doing this. I don’t feel like it is saving any time.
I payed for a large and I got the smallest size
and I am really mar I have 3 kids and they were really hoping to all drink the same drink and have a fair share but they all got a very small amount
Always order ahead on the App and pick up later. Usually order can be ready in a timely manner, but if they are busy, may need to wait 10 extra minutes.

Starbucks you should close the walking in people at the store if you can't handle the service with your new system where you prioritize the drive trough line so who walking in has to wait 20 min to get a drink and the drive trough 10 minutes. Signage does not help. You access the store from the back, but there is no signage to help ID the store. You can easily miss it.
