This location has been closed for some time, yet their hours still show as open. This store needs to be removed from search results for Jimmy John's.
Went there on a Monday afternoon during a lunch break, and the place was closed for no reason. Complete waste of time and gas. Worst business in Richmond.

Took two bites of my sub and put it down with the bottom of the bread facing up- that's when I saw MOLD. Not only that, they had actually picked a chunk of it out (thinking they would hide it) which means they knowingly and intentionally served me MOLDY bread. DISGUSTING! I called the store and the

Always clean, fresh, tasty and friendly. I pass other Jimmy John's to go to this one because it's so good. During this pandemic a lot of other restaurants ive tried have sacrificed quality but not this Jimmy John's. It has maintained it's high quality throughout.
This used to be my favorite sub shop but the last two times I ordered on line the sandwiches were completely wrong. $28 is alot to spend on sandwiches that are not what you asked for. I will not be ordering from there again.
Poor customer service. Doubles the price of your sandwich for chips and a drink. They basically threw the receipt at me when I was asking. I’m definitely not coming back. Food is decent if you don’t care about how you’re being treated.
