Took two bites of my sub and put it down with the bottom of the bread facing up- that's when I saw MOLD. Not only that, they had actually picked a chunk of it out (thinking they would hide it) which means they knowingly and intentionally served me MOLDY bread. DISGUSTING! I called the store and the manager said (without seeing my sandwich) that it was actually just "black stuff from the pan." Excuse me?! So is it moldy or do you use dirty pans?! She said she would refund my card but could not provide me an email confirmation/receipt. Absolutely pathetic.

I placed an order online, and after an hour after I submitted my order the Order Tracker said that my order was submitted but never received. Then I tried to call the store multiple times to see what was going on, but no one answered, so I called custom service. Custom service then notified me that Jimmy John's had voided my order without notifying me. Custom service said that they could have closed early. I get that we are in the middle of covid, but this is ridiculous. They should make sure that their hours on their website and on Google are changed to the correct hours that they're now open and closed. Also, they shouldn't allow orders to be coming in if they're closed. It was very rude to not receive any notifications on my order.

Always clean, fresh, tasty and friendly. I pass other Jimmy John's to go to this one because it's so good. During this pandemic a lot of other restaurants ive tried have sacrificed quality but not this Jimmy John's. It has maintained it's high quality throughout.

This used to be my favorite sub shop but the last two times I ordered on line the sandwiches were completely wrong. $28 is alot to spend on sandwiches that are not what you asked for. I will not be ordering from there again.

Poor customer service. Doubles the price of your sandwich for chips and a drink. They basically threw the receipt at me when I was asking. I’m definitely not coming back. Food is decent if you don’t care about how you’re being treated.
