I like their spicy chicken nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich. The Hot Honey Spicy Chicken Sandwhich was not bad. Their fries are just OK. A lot of their food is ehh.
I find it interesting how the employee who took my order today did not know how the rewards app worked and did not try to find out for me. I was having issues getting it to work today and then wasn't given a receipt to try to get the points later... So unless corporate grants me the points without a receipt, I lost out on this order.

Started to go through the Drive-Thu today around 4:30 pm, but it was packed. Went into the restaurant and was promptly serviced; ordered a double Dave combo meal. I noticed there is a worker, white male, who is direct on the fries cooking them, dumping into bin, and dropping more fries to keep them hot! However, not once did he use either of the Sea Salt Shakers that were charged and ready right above the fry bends; dump and folks started scooping orders to customers....no salt. What a small part of a bigger job he is not owning. I can clearly see one bin, no salt, and the other regulated sea salt to meet customers expectations. I want Sea Salt on my fries like another customer does not want any salt; we have the right to expect both options.

The person on duty in the drive through was awesome. Knew exactly what was on the burgers to make sure I didn't get one that triggered my unique food allergy. I ll go back to this one over the one closer to my house for now on

If I could give it a zero I would. Will never go here or probably any Wendy's ever again. First off the cashier couldn't do basic math. Food tasted horrible and I ended up throwing away some. My son also got very sick off his food as well. Nope never again.

Ordered for in store carry out and when I arrived, the lobby was closed and locked.
Waited in the drive thru for about 20 or 25 minutes to get my food. When I got home, a hair was found in one of the Frostys I had picked up.

So I ordered a double stack a large fry and a small diet Coke came out to $9+ and the guy said hey you can get basically the same thing including a four-piece chicken nugget if you just get the $5 biggy bag. Dude saved me $4 Plus!! Thank you very much...

I stopped by today to let my kids try the new strawberry frosty. They also wanted their usual nuggets and fries. All of the food was acceptable, but the staff in the kitchen kept loudly complaining about things and cursing. The seating area also had a lot of flies buzzing around. I think we have visited for the last time.

Food was ready good and made hot and fresh, sea salt fries had a good amount of salt.
Order was messed up and 1 burger double made, only reason im not giving 5 stars is because i watched the burger be thrown away. For that, they could of let me keep the burger instead of wasting it, heck i would of even paid for it if i knew it would be thrown out. First time thats happened to me at a wendys, i dont go often but my old one if messed up i got asked if i wanted to keep the other one since it would be a waste otherwise.

Got my order completely wrong, didn't get my baked potato, had to add a sandwich at the window they didn't hear, I special ordered a plain chicken sandwich and got it normal. Ugh. Not happy.

This evening while I was in the store a grown woman stopped a 12 year old child and asked her what she was starring at. The child looked like she was in shock. There were 3 men working behind the counter and one young girl.There was also an employee on break sitting right where this broke out. The father of this child asked the woman what her problem was and she went on a rant...screaming and cursing. Not one employee asked her to leave nor did they call the police. I will never spend another dime there! Thank goodness the man got her license plate and called the police. I hope they track this trash down and let her know what an idiot she looked like. If you have video in the store you can see the entire thing. Maybe you can use it to train employees.

Horrible service!!!! I would like to think training is simply needed, as opposed to blatant discrimination. However, there has never been a time since 2012, when we moved here, that we have gone to this Wendy's and our order was right, fresh, hot, or we simply got decent service. Some of the people are argumentative, severely lack customer service skills to specifically diversity skills, and most of all fail to understand the concept that this is my money I am spending to help keep them in a job and open! I once believed organizations such as Wendy's deserved higher pay, but definitely not in the state of Virginia do they deserve a higher pay!!! Just out of the hospital and all I wanted was a large Chili and a Apple Pecan Salad with tomatoes. Got the Chili it was luke warm, the salad had no tomatoes, and my husband got tired of arguing with the idiot who waited on him. She couldn't even get a Junior Cheeseburger right, so I agree why would he argue about tomatoes on a salad!!! If she is having a bad day.......GO HOME!!!! If she lacks training........TRAIN HER!!! If she can't get it together........FIRE HER!!!!!! Nevertheless, I am fed up and every time service is horrible, I will post it on every social network there is!!!!!!! The MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!
