I love this tropical smoothie cafe location. It is the best they always get you your food quiz and right, They do not have the best parking but overall it is good. The bathroom was clean and pleasant.

Staff was nice. However I just don't think the amount if food you get is worth the price. They need to get some fryers in there some fried dishes etc to go with those expensive smoothies.

So 2 different people of a different race, who happened to be the same race as the employees working in the store, came in and ordered after me but got their smoothies and left before me. Is that a coincidence?

This is the only Tropical Smoothie in the area that makes a great lunch and smoothie. The Chester, Busy Street, Westchester and Commonwealth 20 locations leave me underwhelmed with messy wraps and bland smoothies. I come here at least once a week for lunch, sometimes twice. Pretty much empty when I go in there, not sure if the dine in area is open anymore. I remember when it used to be more lively. Maybe I went it at the wrong time lol. The staff was pretty nice.

You can come and get a healthy meal and not have to worry about what you can and can not eat. The service is usually ok but sometimes it can be slow. And since it is a popular spot the lines can sometimes be long. The smoothies are great!

Today we purchased 2 smoothies and sandwich combs and their was a lady bug in my husband food. Can someone from this company contact me for accommodation?

Updating my review. Thoroughly impressed w how much better they are along their smoothies. Thank you for working previous issues. Now I don't have to drive to Midlothian turnpike, to get my smoothies. Hope you all stay open a little bit later like most ts restaurants. Update to 5 stars when this cha
