I put in an online order to pick up at 730 and when I showed up there had been confusion and my order wasn't ready. The guys were super awesome - explained what happened and got to work right away to get it ready. They even threw in an extra order of breadsticks for the inconvenience even though I wasn't upset at all. A+ customer service thanks a lot yall!!
Just got my order and they said it would be here at 11:52 and it's 11:41... pizza is cooked perfectly as are the breadsticks!! Thank you pizzahut
Tonight was the best delivery experience that I've received from pizza delivery in quite some time. Really fast and the thin crust pizzas were hot and crispy. Nice job local pizza hut. Keep up the good work.
Every time I come to this location, they never fail me or if they thought they did, they always make it up right there on the spot. I'm a store manager, staff come and go which means the work falls on you. I understand the store manager is worn out but he cooks and make sure his staff is on point and that to me is outstanding in the midst of staff shortages in the retail and food sector.
When I called they were very nice and professional. Had our pizzas ready when I got there and they were exacty as requested (I had customised both). The pizzas were cooked through and delicious. I've had other Pizza Huts not cook the pizza well enough. Hint, there are two doors: one is near the corner of the building and the other faces the stoplights at about the middle of the building. I looked around a little inside and it looks very clean.
For a fast food restaurant, this Pizza Hut is very well run. The staff members make pick up easy and efficient.
Pizzas were excellent. Curbside service was excellent and they were ready as ordered. 5 stars.
