Fresh and we were made fresh fries cause others had sat and didn't have to ask. Great service and a smile.

It was AWFUL!! I knew something was not right when I realized that the burger was not looking good, and sure enough, the meat was RAW!!! I was not be able to eat it!!! ( I started eating, when I realized that it was uncooked!!). EEWWW

This is the "little location that could" you can tell that they are a bit understaffed. Be patient, because the're doing the best that they can. Because of the wait times, my food has always been fresh. The day manager should be commended, SHE is holding everything down and literally running this place. Inside is clean and maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Cashier made a mistake and sat there laughing and saying "for real" and walking off without saying anything else. She was very unapologetic and we could see her and other employees laughing and goofing off. Hitting each other with empty fry containers and just a general lack of decorum. I understand that this may be their first job but the lack of professionalism must be addressed.

Genuinely terrible. Even on a scale of this being a burger king, this is easily the worst burger king i've "attempted" to order food from. First time I tried to order via the mobile app, they said they couldn't complete the order because they lost power. No big deal, but they couldn't refund me either, I had to contact corporate to get a refund. Thats pretty annoying. Then I went again and placed a mobile order, they told me they could not see my mobile order, so i submitted it again, still could not see it. I checked my bank account and had 3 charges for the same order, the manager told me that they have nothing to do with the app, they cannot refund the orders, they can't do anything, and that i'd have to contact my bank to get the money refunded.
No clue how the food is, couldn't even get that far lol

Waiting in the drive thru, you could hear employees complaining, cursing and talking about some issues in the back of the establishment. I wasn’t even at the drive thru window, they were huddled up by the trash can/ little cubby behind the store. This Burger King is always busy I assumed since it’s one of the first fast food places you arrive to by the courthouse, so my food did take some time but overall it was okay.

This is the closest Burger King to our home that we eat out from time to time, and as usual we did have to wait 10 or more minutes for our food. They are a bit slow. They also get our orders wrong on a regular basis, so check your bags before leaving!

No receipt and wrong food. Too far away to go back. 🙄 can't go back until Tuesday so I threw it away. Manager stated he would give a receipt and correct food. We shall see.
Update...
Give me the correct food but the original receipt they could not provide. They gave me a slip with the food and correct amount but at the bottom it looks like I didn't pay for it. They stated the only way I can have a receipt like that as if I made the purchase again. Smh. This purchase was business related so it matters.
At least they gave me the correct food, I guess...🙄
