Every time I go to the Hancock location I always feel truly welcomed! The manager there also start a conversation with me, and I can tell customer service is his top priority. Today, he helped my fiancé and I, and talked us into getting the new cheese crusted quesadilla!

Always fresh - always delicious. No 'hidden' costs for items like guacamole. The staff are always kind, as we often have a young man with autism who accompanies us. They are patient with him and we are so very grateful. We enjoy frequenting this location.

Edit. Qudoba reached out to me to make this right. Unfortunately I have moved from the area and am not able to take them up on it. This is a great place, variety of food options. Customer service is good, friendly staff, the bowls are amazing.

There were like gnats all inside at the front, and when you get past em the employees are chatting it up next to the disgusting filthy counters with the food tubs. Not even cleaning anything. Health hazard smh don't eat here
